Welcome to Notivo – Spaced Repetition. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services. By using Notivo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Notivo is a learning tool based on spaced repetition, providing features such as flashcards, AI-generated explanations, and progress tracking.
2. Accounts and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account via our Firebase authentication system.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)
- Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your store settings. Refunds are handled according to the store’s respective policies.
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.
4. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of the content (notes, text) you create in Notivo.
- By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
- You are prohibited from storing or generating content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
5. AI Features and Usage
- Notivo uses external AI services to provide educational content.
- While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We are not liable for any incorrect information provided by the AI.
- Abuse of AI features (e.g., automated scraping or overwhelming the API) may lead to service restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Notivo name, logo, and original software code are the exclusive property of Alexandru Demciucen.
7. Limitation of Liability
Notivo is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss or educational outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
